Tourist tax: €0.90/day/person (from 18 years old) and Ecological contribution: €1/day/person (from 5 years old). End-of-stay cleaning: Bungalows: €22 to €32 / Villas: €40 to €50. Booking fees for rentals: €20 per stay, waived for stays under 6 nights from May 1st to June 15th and from September 15th to October 17th.
Our bungalows are simple but functional. They are equipped with single beds with sheets and blankets, a refrigerator, kitchen utensils and tea towels. Bathroom towels are not provided. Towel pack rental (1 large + 2 small + 1 bath mat): €10 per pack + €50 deposit.
Bungalow reservations: minimum 2 nights, except in season E (minimum 3 nights). Villa reservations (types D and D+): minimum 3 nights in all seasons.
Bungalow and Villa arrivals: Every day of the week. Keys handed over from 3:00 p.m. Bungalow and Villa departures: Every day of the week. Keys must be returned by 10:00 a.m. to avoid being charged an additional night.

Camping & Accommodation Booking Fees
To provide the best support for each reservation, we apply booking fees: €10 for camping and €20 for accommodations. These fees cover the personalized processing of your request as well as on-site reception.
Camping : our site attendant welcomes you, accompanies you on the grounds, and helps you choose the pitch that best meets your expectations.
Rentals: Isabelle selects the most suitable accommodation for you among our 240 bungalows and villas, taking your preferences into account. She manages your reservation from A to Z, including any changes, to ensure you enjoy the best possible stay.
These fees allow us to maintain attentive, personalized service that is always responsive to your needs.
Payment for your stay
To confirm your reservation, a 25% deposit will be required. You have 10 days to pay it at your convenience. The remaining balance must be paid no later than upon your arrival, giving you greater flexibility in managing your budget.

Cancellation policy
We always do our best to offer flexibility to our guests. In the event of a cancellation on our part, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
In the event of a cancellation on your part, the following conditions apply:
More than 28 days before arrival: a flat fee of €50 will be retained, corresponding to administrative costs and making the accommodation available again.
Between 28 and 10 days before arrival : 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
Less than 10 days before arrival : the deposit remains fully due.
If we receive no news from you within 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date : the reservation is considered cancelled, and the accommodation may be reassigned freely.
Booking fees are non-refundable, as they cover the personalized handling of your reservation from the moment of your request until its cancellation.
