Our bungalows are simple , functional and equipped : individual beds with sheets + blankets , refrigerator , kitchen utensils and dish towel.
Bath towels are not included . Possibility of renting : 1 package (2 smalls + 1 large towels , 1 sho -

Weekly cleaning of the bungalow included.
Occupation of the bungalow type “a” and type “b” by one person season 1 and 2 = REDUCTION of 20 %.
– Arrival day: Key delivery at 15 h 00
– Departure day: Turn up of the key: 10 h 00 imperatively. After 10 h 00 it will cost you an extra day.
– Arrivals days on season 3: Preferred days for the arrivals are: Saturdays and wednesdays
– Arrivals days on season 1 and 2: You can arrive any day you wish
– Bungalow type D only saturday - saturday
– Offers and reductions: Cannot be accumulated |

Our rates for our guests include:
- the electrical connection (max 10 amps) and the provision of water
- The parking of vehicles on the parking
NOTE: ALL OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS ARE NOT CUMULATIVE
We also offer the option of leaving your caravan in the year:
- Provision of a location "caravan": 350 €

I - Our prices
1 - No booking fee, the naturist card is not obligatory
II - Reservations
Include with your reservation, your deposit, corresponding of 25% of the total cost of your stay.
1 - The reservation option is available 21 days, past this delay, the option is cancelled if we haven't got the deposit in time.
2 - The reservation will be actual and confirmed as soon as we get the deposit.
3 - The options and preferences will be satisfied under reserve of disponibilities.
III - Payment
1. The balance of your payment must be paid at your arrival for the key delivery.
2. Payment with credit card or cash (cheque is not accepted)
3. No repayment will be allowed in case of late arrival.
4. In case of early departure the totality of the nights booked are due.
IV - Cancellation
1. Should the club cancel your reservation = total repayment.
2. Should a customer cancel his reservation:
a) Over 28 days before the arrival day = 30.– d, representing the expenses incurred in office work and in
securing the new booking.
b) Between 28 days and 07 days before the arrival, repayment of 50 % of the deposit.
c) Between 07 days and 00 day before the arrival, no repayment of the deposit. (Art.1590 from the civil code)
d) Past the arrival day forseen (48h) and without news from you the village of la Chiappa will
dispose of your reservation.
Optional cancellation insurance, ask us for our conditions.

Rules of stay
Reservations are confirmed and confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
The balance must be paid on arrival against the keys. |
